I applied with a unique phone number

If you provided a unique phone number that was used to submit a single application, you should receive your activation code via email or text message, depending on your chosen method of communication. The notification will be sent when your card is on the way.

I received my card but still don't have the activation code

You should have received your code when the card was on the way. If you still have not received it, you have two options to retrieve your code:

  1. Call the organization that helped you process your application. They will be able to provide your activation code.
  2. We encourage you to download the Preparese App. With Preparese, you will be able to track your application status live and retrieve your activation code. Click here to check if you're eligible and learn how to download the app.

I applied with a shared phone number

If you provided the same phone number to apply for yourself and a friend or family member, please call the organization that helped you process your application. They will be able to provide the activation code.
